What to Bring:
• Blanket(s): Essential for staying warm & comfortable.
• Towel(s): For comfort & perspiration during breath-work.
• Pillow(s) / Cushion(s): For head/neck support & overall comfort while lying down.
• Bottle(s) of Water: To stay hydrated before, during & after the session.
• Additional Recommendations: Comfortable clothing (layers recommended), eye mask or scarf for light blocking, journal/notebook for reflections afterward.

Absolute Contraindications (Do not participate without written medical clearance from your GP. This written clearance must be provided to the facilitator via e-mail prior to the session start time)
• Pregnancy.
• Aneurysms.
• Cardiovascular Issues.
• Epilepsy or ANY other Seizure disorders.
• Severe Asthma or ANY other Respiratory conditions.
• Recent Surgeries or serious Physical Injury.
• Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, or ANY Severe Psychiatric conditions.
• Active Substance Use or certain Medications that alter brain chemistry (consult facilitator).

• History of PTSD or Trauma.
• Thyroid Conditions & Diabetes.
• Other Chronic Illnesses.
Participants with these should contact the facilitator prior to the event for personalized guidance or modifications.

Preparation Tips:
• Be well hydrated, but not over hydrated, prior to the session.
• Eat lightly beforehand (avoid heavy meals).
• Avoid alcohol & excessive caffeine on the day.
• Arrive rested & with an open mind.

Post-Session:
• Allow time for rest & integration as you may feel energised, emotional, or tired.
• Try to avoid any excessive physical or mental activity for 24 hours post session.
