What Is Hypnosis?

The honest answer is,

nobody truly knows!

 

And very briefly before we dive in, I just wanted to make it clear that overarching theme of what I want to project is Honesty & Transparency.

 

Hypnosis is built on the foundations of Trust & Rapport between Hypnotist & Client.

 

And I get it, a lot of companies fill your mind with inauthentic sales, marketing & psychologically strategised bullsh*t in order to rope you in.

 

But here there will be swearing. There will a direct approach. There will be "going against the grain". There will be face concealment.

 

But despite the approach being slightly different, it's all with positive intention.

 

 With Honesty, Transparency & Authenticity all being at the foundation of it all. 

 

Anyway, back to what Hypnosis is/isn't & how Hypnosis can benefit your life....

 
THE BENEFITS...

Now most people think that Hypnosis / Hypno-Therapy is similar to what they have seen either in films or at a comedy show somewhere abroad where you see someone clucking like a chicken...

 

And while that type of Hypnosis (stage hypnosis) is legitimate and often hilarious, when Hypnosis is used in a therapeutic context, in my opinion it is one of the most powerful modalities that's currently available.

Because we're working with the deepest parts of the Subconscious Mind. The part that is responsible for our emotions, our habits, our memories & our default behaviours.

The part of the mind which is in a highly suggestible & hyper-receptive, where the inner work can be processed & integrated at a much deeper & efficient level.

 

Personally, I come at healing from a Mind & Body approach.

I don't believe in just working singularly on the Mind alone.

So I have created a framework which combined a range of Psychological & Physiological modalities that work in harmony to create a much more integrated & cohesive process both Physically & Mentally.
